TET Alliance sees the relevance in digitalising their manual processes in order to increase productivity and efficiency of their employees. Hence, a customised Human Resource Management (HRM) system had to be in place, with the system's ability to discard manual calculations and data input.

Company Background
TET Group of companies, also known as TET Alliance, was established in 2002. Although based in Singapore, TET Alliance operates throughout Asia via a network of distributors and strategic partners with solutions to bring great values to customers in the region.
Being a small-medium enterprise, TET Alliance provides professional and premium bolting solutions through the supply of products and services of quality.
Problem
With no luck in finding an off-the-shelf Human Resource Management solution, TET Alliance had to continue working in a traditional, manual way of updating, if not daily, records.

Curating a set of colour scheme, which was not identified beforehand.
Dashboard Design Ideation
This was one of the more complex screens to design due to multiple type of users within a platform, whose priorities, in terms of what they would want to quickly view, differ accordingly.
