To design and develop a Customer APP for an upcoming F&B outlet, where customers can make online reservations, and online orders whilst dining in an omakase interior setup.
Registered customers can race to the Top 10 of the Leaderboard to earn exclusive deals by KM Bagel & Waffle. Or, be the lucky customer when making an online order to win a chance in spinning a wheel and receive special treats from the bar!

Company Background
An idea that was conceptualised in the beginning of 2020 and came to life in October 2021, KM Bagel & Waffle is a food & beverage outlet, located in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District, Tanjong Pagar. Its vision is to go the extra KM to ensure an unforgettable experience for their customers.
Problem
KM Bagel & Waffle prioritises a lot in customer engagement, hence the omakase interior setup. There is a huge need in keeping the customers entertained and involved whilst dining. And no off-the-shelf system can offer that.
In order to be easily found in the digital world, a website was required for KM Bagel & Waffle.
KM Bagel & Waffle was looking for a concept that is dark and classy that uses a lot of imageries within the website.

Understanding that this is a customised solution, KM Bagel & Waffle can easily configure their menu categories, items, work shifts, operating hours and more all through a Backoffice System and the Employee APP.

The Final Product
With the final product, KM APP, being rolled out, customers of KM Bagel & Waffle can view and make orders from the app. And in order to engage the customers whilst dining, they are able to make tips on checkout, give gift to staffs of KM Bagel & Waffle when their birthdays are around the corner, and also be one of the lucky ones to spin a wheel to receive exclusive gifts whilst dining.
